EGL Project Lab in Estonia

Estonia, Tallinn, April 7 - April 11, 2025

During April 7-11, 2025, Tallinn, Estonia, was the host city to Project Lab for Municipalities.

The activity invited municipal workers focused on youth issues to be part of the space for exchanging local youth work practices, discussing challenges, and creating projects that support the improvement of the quality of youth work. This practical training required youth workers to come as a team (“in tandem”) with their municipality partner.

The cohort included twenty participants from Latvia, Croatia, Slovenia, Sweden, Denmark, Bulgaria, Portugal, and Estonia. The main goals of this event were to support the formation of reliable partnerships, provide insights on different international youth work practices, and boost collaboration between municipalities.

This valuable activity helped the municipalities learn how to analyze their needs or challenges in their local realities, explore good practices of projects, and the Erasmus+ program from the perspective of
municipalities and try out collaboration projects through joint work and pitch presentation they delivered at the end of the training.

Trainers Pavel Vassiljev and Matej Cepin prepared the full report from this learning activity; view it and download it here (results and slides)
