In 2022, Tirana took over the title of European Youth Capital from Klaipeda and kicked it off with a memorable ceremony earlier this month, co-designed and performed by young people. As a European Youth Capital, Tirana Municipality has planned more than 1000 activities to be launched and shared throughout the year.

In the upcoming weeks, we are inviting representatives from Klaipeda and Tirana Municipalities as well as future EYCs to share their experiences and the impact they have made and hope to make as the EYC title holders. Stay tuned next week for our interview with Aleksandra Lobaškova from the EYC Klaipeda 2021 team!
